Handmade Hamilton Online Market
November 25 at 5:00 pm to December 4, 2021

The show goes live at www.studiobeulah.com on November 25 at 5 pm.

Join Studio Beulah as we present 9 days of high quality art and craft at this years Handmade Hamilton Online Market This year we will feature 22 vendors of art and craft to highlight some of the finest artisans of fashion, art, jewelry, ceramics, textiles, and paper goods in Hamilton and area.

Handmade Hamilton began in 2012 as a small boutique craft show when curator Lisa Pijuan-Nomura was the Artistic Director of the popular James North Studio.  When the gallery closed in September of 2014, she began to look for possible venues for a larger show. She has always been interested in putting craft shows in historical buildings so when she first walked into the Staircase she knew that she had found a unique heritage building that would be a perfect fit.

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, Handmade Hamilton decided to pivot online in 2020 to ensure the health and safety of vendors and customers.  This will be our second online show, and we hope to return to an in person show to celebrate our 10th Annual Handmade Hamilton show in a new and exciting location.

Lisa Pijuan-Nomura is a multidisciplinary artist, and organizer of events in Hamilton. Before moving to Hamilton in 2012, she organized the Movie and Makers Craft Show at the historical Fox Theatre in Toronto.  Aside from craft shows, she also creates one woman shows, teaches collage, is a Creativity Coach and hosts the Hamilton 7 Storytelling Collective. In 2019 she was awarded the YWCA Woman of Distinction Awards in Art, Culture and Design.
