Call for Vendors: Handmade Hamilton Online 2021

Handmade Hamilton had humble beginnings in 2012 at James North Studio, an Artist Collective just past Barton Street. Artistic Director and Multidisciplinary Artist Lisa Pijuan-Nomura had just moved to Hamilton and missed her show Movies and Makers at the Fox Theatre, so she decided to create a similar show in Hamilton.  In 2014, Handmade Hamilton moved to The Staircase Theatre and entered a wonderful partnership with Collette Kendall.  It was a popular show that featured 32 artisans selling textile art, clay, jewellry, fine art, paper crafts, and more. With each year that passed we had more visitors with our largest audience of 1400+ attendees over 2 days. In 2020, after Covid 19 hit we pivoted online to host a small online boutique show that featured 14 different artisans.  This year we are happy to announce that we are inviting 20 artisans to join us for our 9th Handmade Hamilton Online Show and Sale.  

We are currently looking for vendors to be a part of this excellent show.

November 25 to December 4

What?

20 of the finest vendors offering their art and craft online at StudioBeulah.com

How much?

$100

This fee would include:

*An online shop on StudioBeulah.com featuring 12 to 15 items from November 25 to December 4

*Online Promo on social media sites as well as posters in numerous downtown Hamilton locations

*You will receive professional photos from Nomura Photography of all of the product that you used in the show. You will be able to use them however you choose.

*Instagram Lives at least 7 times during the 11 days which include interview opportunities for artisans.

The time line would be as follows:

VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE DUE ON Saturday October 30th.

All vendors Notified by November 1.

All Items to be delivered to us by November 13.

Websites Built and populated by November 23.

Show goes live on November 25.

Show closes on December 4.

All deliveries and shipments made by December 6th.
